Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Sale items, custom/made-to-order pieces, and intimate wear are non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at inamulhaqttt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier service
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for size or color issues, subject to stock availability
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
